Where's my item?

If your order not been dispatched yet, please email us at info@bikeparts.co.uk

If your order has been dispatched then please check your emails for your tracking number, you can track your order through our tracking page.

Can I collect my item?

The short answer is no. We do not have a retail shop in order to collect your order. Our system makes sending orders as quick as we can, therefore all items will be packaged up and posted out.

I didn't receive what I ordered.

Our system is in place to avoid incorrect items being sent, we use a barcode scanning system. If, in the unlikely event, you have received the wrong item, please email us at info@bikeparts.co.uk and we will try and resolve the issue as quickly as we can.

My order never showed up.

If your order hasn't been delivered, please let us know at info@bikeparts.co.uk and we will see if we can track your item. We will have to get in contact with our carriers so that we can resolve this issue.

My refund hasn't shown up in my bank account.

If we have sent you a refund, then it will be on its way! Unfortunately once we process the refund, it can take up to 10 working to appear, however in most cases it is pretty much instant.
