- In 2013 the DT Swiss Spline 1's took the MTB world by storm, since then they've been amongst the most sought after alloy wheelsets in the industry, from top level World Cup XC to winning both the 2014 and 2015 EWS series titles, no other wheel system has a stronger pedigree at the highest levels of mountain biking
- The XM (Cross Mountain) now sports wider, 25 mm internal width rims designed for modern trail tyres from 2.10 to 2.50 inches wide
- Combined with the super light Spline 1 hubs, DT have created a wider, stiff wheelset that still only weighs from 1570 grams (27.5) or 1645 grams (29) coupled with the benefits of wider rims in terms of comfort, technical handling and climbing traction this makes these the perfect companions for long days in the hills
- The 240s derived hubs are the lightest MTB hubs DT Swiss have ever made and come with DT's legendarily durable stainless steel bearings and a 36 tooth ratchet for faster engagement as standard
- PHR (Pro Head Reinforcement) rim interface system allows the spokes to align themselves perfectly and combined with straight pull hubs ensures a super stiff and light structure with a greater fatigue life than is possible with traditional spokes and nipples
- Laced with DT's renowned Swiss-made butted Comp spokes for a great balance of toughness and low weight
- When bought as a pair the wheels will come with tubeless tape and valves, 6-bolt adaptors as well as both Shimano and SRAM-XD freehubs
- Maximum recommended system weight: 110 KG
