Ordering:

Once an order gets placed, it instantly gets loaded onto our system and will be seen by our pickers. They will go and find your order in our warehouse using our barcode scanners to make sure you get exactly what you have ordered! If you order before 2pm, Monday - Friday then we will dispatch the same day.

Dispatch:

Our packers will receive your order from our pickers and again scan your order to confirm your order. They will package up your order and sent it to the dispatch area where our carriers will pick it up.

Our system is designed with you, the customer, in mind. Our aim is to get your parcel from our door to your door in the quickest time so that you can enjoy your new products.

Postage:

Our chosen carriers are Royal Mail and DPD. All small orders will be sent via Royal Mail where as larger items will be sent via DPD.

Extra Information:

Please be aware that some items have to be ordered specially for you from our external warehouse. In this instance there will be 1 extra day on the delivery window. As soon at it arrives to us, we will sent it back out to you.

Returns Terms & Conditions

  1. All items must be in a new and unused (resellable) condition, this includes product packaging.
  2. All items returned must have a covering note so we can find your order.
  3. All items returned will be refund unless otherwise agreed and stated in your covering note.
  4. Foods products must be returned within 14 days of purchase
  5. Intimate items such as clothing must be returned unused for hygiene reasons.
  6. There is no need to contact us before your return unless the item is faulty and may be deemed a warranty issue.
  7. Please state your order number, your order number will be on the invoice that we have emailed to you.
  8. All returns received to us will be processed within 24hrs during normal working days.
