Dissapointed. . .
"I'm a cycle mechanic and I bought this DT Swiss tool to service clients DT Swiss hubs even though it's around 4 times the price of other tools on the market. Now, DT Swiss make the hubs, they know just how tight these Ring Nuts can be so I don't know why they don't make something more robust with a large body hex fitting that can take the torque. I've had other such tools like a Milwaukee Impact socket set (for the same price as this one DT Swiss tool) that have performed very well. This one cracked on the first use. Currently seeking a warranty claim. Very disappointing."
