BIKEPARTS+ Products

Any product marked as BIKEPARTS+ is eligible for 24hr delivery if:

1. You are logged in as a Premium or Premium+ VIP customer (see more details)

2. Every item in your order is a BIKEPARTS+ item

Orders placed before 12pm that are contain all BIKEPARTS+ items will dispatched as a priority

Ordering:

Once an order gets placed, it instantly gets loaded onto our system and will be seen by our pickers. They will go and find your order in our warehouse using our barcode scanners to make sure you get exactly what you have ordered! We endeavor to dispatch orders in 1-2 working days. Delivery times are expected to be between 2-3 working days. If your order is placed after 3pm (on standard working days), then we class the next working day as day 1 of our dispatch times.

Dispatch:

Our packers will receive your order from our pickers and again scan your items to confirm your order. They will package up your order and sent it to the dispatch area where our carriers will pick it up. Our system is designed with you, the customer, in mind. Our aim is to get your parcel from our door to your door in the quickest time so that you can enjoy your new products.

Postage:

Our chosen carriers are Royal Mail & DHL. Unless specified at checkout, our system will decide the best carrier based on delivery address, size and dimensions of your order.

Tracking your order:

If your order has a tracking number, you will be emailed this information with the carrier it was sent with.

Delivery of your order:

Once your order has been delivered, your tracking number will update to show this. If your order has been marked as delivered on the tracking number but it is claimed that the item has not arrived, we ask if you could speak to any neighbours in case they have taken delivery on your behalf. If they have not received your parcel, then a full investigation will need to be made with the shipping company. Please note: we are unable to offer any resends or refunds of your order until we have a final decision from the shipping company. 

Next Day Delivery

Please be aware that a Next Day Delivery option is only for working business days. All carriers advise that a Next Day Delivery is a delivery aim (guideline), and not a guarantee; however, the majority of parcels will arrive within 24 hours.
If an order is dispatched on the same day it was ordered, on a Next Day service, but gets delayed by the courier, then we are unable to refund any postage charges.
