Founded in 2001 by quantum physicist Drew Gill, Gtechniq was born from frustration with the poor performance of existing paint protection products. Disappointed by waxes, polymers, and PTFE treatments that lacked durability—and often performed worse than the surfaces they claimed to protect—Gill set out to create a new standard in long-lasting, high-performance surface protection.
