Accuracy of content

Our goal is to have 100% accurate, clear and concise information in relation to the products that we offer for sale. We do use generic photos for some of our products (such as inner tubes, chainsets, shoes and cassettes). In the case where there might be sizing variations, the title and descripion of the product is what you will recieve. Where possible we take our own pictures, videos, weights etc of all our products but sometimes use and rely on manufacturers / suppliers to provide the correct information and on some occasions the product may have a slight variant to our listing i.e weight, colour variation, development changes etc – if this is the case we will first clarify that you have received what we believe you to have ordered and if does have a problem we will refund, replace or offer different product whichever suites you. If we have made a mistake we will be honest and own up to it.

Back Orders

Our goal is to have 100% accurate information in relation to the stock that we hold using our stock monitors which as clearly displayed on every product, this advises when stock will be available if it is a special order line also allowing forward ordering for new product not yet available. We update our website daily with new stock and are constantly monitoring what is listed is correct and accurate, however occasionally because we sell on a multitude of shopping channels some stocking errors can happen. Some products are stored at an external warehouse and may take some extra time to get to us before sending it out. Some items are not stocked at our warehouse and will be ordered in from our supplier once you have placed an order.
