"I find it quite funny that one of the most effective performance enhancers I've spent money on lately, has been these bottles! They replaced some standard bottles and comparing them is night and day. The key difference is how much fluid you can squeeze in the mouth each sip. I am finding I am consuming more fluid and whilst I used to take just one standard bottle on a 2hr ride, now I have to take 2 of these bottles because I empty them by the time I return home. I have noticed that the quality of my physical output has improved and I am recovering better after each ride. These are excellent bottles. They are even better than my Camelbak Podium bottle, because they are lighter and easier to clean. So a win, win really. Highly recommended."
