Isotonic Hydration is a scientifically formulated as well as a great-tasting, refreshing multi-carbohydrate and electrolyte formulation to keep you energised and hydrated during exercise. It replenishes the five electrolytes lost through sweat with each easy to mix bottle of Isotonic Hydration containing 240mg sodium, 90mg Potassium, 25mg Magnesium, 70mg Chloride and 36mg Calcium.
Isotonic Hydration also contains postbiotics (heat-treated microflora) and calcium to support digestion. Postbiotics are similar to Probiotics but have been grown to maturity and heat treated so that they take effect immediately.

Consume as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Carbohydrate-electrolyte solutions enhance the absorption of water during physical exercise and contribute to the maintenance of endurance performance during prolonged endurance exercise. Dosage & Usage
Mix the powder contents (30g) into 500ml of water and shake well. Consume before and during exercise. Drink 150 - 250ml every 20 minutes. Scoop included with Jar.
