Description

The ISM Touring saddle is ISM’s original bike seat, inspired by the “morning routine”. The Touring saddle remains a great choice for upright bikes and as a commuter saddle.

The ISM Touring Saddle has comfortable 60-series foam padding which is great for use with or without padded cycling shorts. Its wide 195mm base provides maximum stability and rider comfort and the ISM Touring’s sloped front design makes mounting and dismounting easy.

Like all ISM saddles, the unique nose-less design of this padded bike seat removes pressure from soft tissue, ensuring maximum blood flow and no genital numbness. Experience a healthier, more enjoyable ride with this comfy bike seat.

Reviews

Good but not for me

"The saddle is good quality and clearly works for many other people reading the other reviews but for me it put too much strain on my arms and I struggled to adjust it to stop this. The saddle itself isn’t as uncomfortable as you might think and you soon adjust to get used to balancing with no saddle nose."

Exquisitely uncomfortable saddle

"I bought this for my stationary bike due to having some prostate problems and assuming that this saddle would be a good way to relieve pressure. It does that, but it is by far the most uncomfortable saddle I have ever used. I have followed the online instructions to set it up properly, and have tried a few variations. It is clear from these instructions that people can find it hard to get used to, and that it does take some practice. So I have given it a few weeks, and although it is marginally less uncomfortable now, it is not enough to warrant continuing to use it. I was starting to dread exercise sessions, and looking for excuses to cut them short when I did get on the bike, so today I finally gave up and swapped the saddle back for my old one. Very diappointing. The service from BikeParts was fine, and the saddle is well made, but it is very unpleasant to use, sadly."
