"I was very surprised with with the quality of the tool and I look forward to using it in anger. However, my biggest compliment goes to Kevin in Customer Services. Total Nail let me down with its delivery and after much waiting and engagement with RM (with little luck), Jevin unlock the issue and part delivered later that same day. All the more surprising after RM said it was lost 48 hrs before! Thank you"
