The only sensible choice
"It seems arguable as to whether or not a spoke tension meter is really necessary; some wheel builders seem to be happy to manage without one. But, to me, how can you not want to know the tension of your spokes, to be sure that all is as it ought to be? And if so, the TM-1 seems to be the definitive tension meter. This is a precision instrument and is well made. Importantly, if necessary, it can be returned to Park Tool for re-calibration (for a fee)."
