"I couldn't cycle very long when I was on the drops perhaps a couple of minutes but no-more due to the pain in my palms The drop bar grips have completely changed this, I can now cycle in the drops for long periods. I have them adjusted almost flat which is the most comfortable. They have completely changed my position on the bike I'm going to order a couple of sets for my other bikes"
