Sector Wheelset GCa HG 650b

The Sector GCa Wheelset is the perfect Gravel, Adventure or Cyclo-Cross premium Aluminium Wheelset. It features a heat treated and then cold worked Aluminium lightweight tubeless ready rim with a 23mm internal width, optimised for 30mm to 50mm tyres. The rim is both pinned and welded making it incredibly strong, and combining this with the wide profile, will withstand punishing ‘Cross courses, all day Gravel epics or your next bike-packing adventure. The GCa is available in both 700c and 650b options.

This Kinesis gravel and cyclocross wheelset is built around lightweight, CNC machined and angled flanged hubs. The angled flanges follow the path of the spoke, reducing the stress on the spoke and increasing its lifespan. The GCa hubs are easily adaptable to a Sram XDR driver or a Campagnolo freehub body. Smoothness is everything in a hub and that is why we chose Revo Cream bearings, which as the name suggests, are one of the smoothest and best rolling bearings on the market. We supply the wheels with tubeless tape and valves fitted, and both Thru Axle end caps and QR end caps, so that your wheels are ready to fit, straight from the box.

The Sector GCa hubs and rims are laced together with Pillar 1416 double butted spokes. Pillar spokes are favoured by wheel builders all over the world, as every spoke is meticulously monitored and checked throughout the entire production process, and this attention to detail ensures all our wheels are evenly tensioned and will stay truer for longer. For the GCa we have chosen the double butted 1416 for their high strength and low weight. We have built this wheelset with Pillar black brass nipples as durability is key with our wet UK winters.
