Poor customer service
"Part of the order was a set of handlebar grips, where an end cap was missing. Kevin was initially quick to respond, though all he said was please check the packaging thoroughly (in my original email I mentioned I already had). Despite 2 further emails in the last 3 weeks I’ve heard nothing back. Absolutely will not be using this company again, and will leave this one star review here until they post me the missing end cap."
