"Excellent product great price and quality. Bike parts UK have a large amount of stock. The only worry for me and nothing to do with bike parts UK was the delivery service by DPD courier shocking ordered a next day delivery on a Thursday morning as I had a guy coming to view a bike I was selling on the Sunday so felt I had plenty of time to sort it out. Unfortunately DPD had other ideas? I was notified by the DPD that they would be delivering my parcel between 11:10 /12:10 Fri great I thought I waited in and no one dropped off. I left it till about 3pm and decided to ring customer services at bike parts UK as trying to get hold of anyone at dpd was like pulling teeth. The guy at bike parts was very helpful and assured me he would chase up my parcel and get back to me asap which he did later on that afternoon. He told me that he had spoken to DPD who had assured him that my parcel although it might be late Fri evening would be dropped off and that there driver was running late. Nothing arrived annoyingly on Fri so I waited in for nothing!!! Sat morning and to add insult to injury a DPD drive stopped 2 doors down from my home so I rushed out to ask if he had my parcel that was supposed to be delivered the day before? Only to be told sorry no that's not on my van! Absolutely felt completely let down I had to rearrange the appointment to view the bike I was selling as the part didn't turn up till late Monday. I emailed bike parts who refunded me my money for the next day delivery service that didn't happen. As a small business I need a quick delivery service so I wouldn't recommend using dpd because this isn't the first time that they have let me down. Royal mail all the way."
