Great price
"Great service"
SRAM NX 12 Speed Chain
"Exactly what I needed for my bike build. Good price, paid extra to guarantee a Friday delivery but unfortunately DHL are garbage. At home all day to receive other bike packages with no problem. Email just after 6pm stating there was no one home and that a card was left. I was in, no DHL delivery and no card posted through the door. Tried calling them but an absolute waste of time with their automated system. I wouldn't use DHL again if you paid me. Product finally arrived on the Monday. Not Bike Parts fault but their delivery partner let them down. Satisfied with the product but not the service."
