The STORM Apparel Wash and Proof Twinpack is a set of two specialized products designed to clean and maintain technical outdoor garments; such as waterproof jackets and other performance fabrics.

• STORM Apparel Wash:
  • Purpose: This is a detergent specifically formulated for cleaning performance apparel. It helps restore the garment's breathability and aids in maintaining its water repellency.
  • How it works: It gently cleans the fabric without compromising its technical properties; like waterproofing and breathability. Regular washing helps keep the garment in optimal condition for outdoor use.
• STORM Apparel Proofer:
  • Purpose: The proofer is used to restore the Durable Water Repellent (DWR) coating on the exterior of waterproof garments and equipment. Over time; the DWR coating can wear off; causing water to penetrate the fabric; but the proofer revitalizes the DWR finish.
  • How it works: It adds an abrasion-resistant; eco-friendly finish that enhances the garment's water resistance and helps it maintain its original performance.
  • Formulas:
    • Wash: pH Neutral formula.
    • Proof: PFC-free formula.
  • Product Size:
    • 2 x 225ml tins; providing enough Wash and Proof for 3 loads.
    • Trade pack contains 6 x (2 x 225ml tins).
  • Directions for Use:
    • WASH: Shake the bottle and pour 75ml into the detergent compartment of your washing machine.
    • PROOF: Shake the bottle and pour 75ml into the conditioner compartment.
    • Wash according to the garment manufacturer's guidelines.
    • Allow to drip dry and finish drying in a tumble dryer.

    • WASH: Naphthalene sulfonate and Anionic.
    • PROOF: Polyurethane; Polymers; Cationic.
