poor support makes the part unusable
"The spacer to convert this to XD seems not to fit correctly. I called but tec support passed me onto the supplier. They in turn suggested i either try to fit it and thereby invalidate my returns option or 'take it to a cycle shop to see if they know!!' So my bikes in the rack whilst i calm down and probably convert to Shimao. Needless to say i wont be sourcing from Bikeparts"
