While we’re incredibly grateful for this support, this surge in demand did stretch our dispatch, customer service, and stock control systems at times affecting some of our customers experience with us.

Here’s what’s new:
- A bigger team: We’ve added more staff across both customer service and warehouse operations to ensure your orders are handled quickly and your queries are answered faster.
- New technology: We have onboarded several of the ecommerce industry leaders to provide platforms for our emails, sms, customer service and marketing.
- More stock: We've expanded our stockholding so that the parts and accessories you need are more readily available and ready to ship.
- New website launch: We’re excited to launch a brand new version of our website, designed with improved functionality to make shopping smoother, faster, and more enjoyable for every rider.
As we start heading toward the cooler months, we’re committed to making sure you’re fully equipped — whether that means better lights, mudguards, winter tyres, or warm layers.
