How to measure
Measure your chest around the fullest part with the tape level under your arms, and your waist at the natural crease when you bend to one side. For sleeve length, measure from the bone at the base of the back of your neck, across the shoulder and down to the wrist with the arm slightly bent. Riding jerseys are cut for a close, athletic fit; casual T-shirts, hoodies and fleeces sit more relaxed. If your chest and height point to different sizes, go with the chest measurement.
