    Kali knee and elbow guards

Fit tip Guards should feel firm and stay in place when you bend the joint; if you are between sizes go down for a secure fit.

    How to measure

Knee guards: measure around your thigh about three fingers' width above the kneecap. Elbow guards: measure around your arm about three fingers' width above or below the elbow joint. Compare in cm and pick the row your measurement falls into. Guards should feel firm and stay in place when you bend the joint; if you are between sizes go down for a secure fit.
