Size guide
Troy Lee Designs shorts and pants
Fit tip Sizes are numbered by nominal waist in inches; if you are between two, go up a size if you ride with knee pads.
How to measure
These are measurements of the garment, not of your body. Lay a pair of shorts or pants that fit you well flat and measure them the same way: waist straight across the top of the waistband (the table shows the flat width, except the Sprint shorts table which shows the full waist circumference); hip straight across about 10 cm above the crotch; thigh across about 2.5 cm below the crotch; leg opening across the hem; inseam from the crotch seam to the hem; outseam from the top of the waistband to the hem down the outside. Pick the size whose figures are closest to your own garment. Sizes are numbered by nominal waist in inches; if you are between two, go up a size if you ride with knee pads.

Applies to Troy Lee Designs riding shorts and pants for adults. All figures are garment measurements converted from the maker's inch figures to centimetres (rounded to one decimal place) because the brand publishes them in inches only. The Flowline shorts table in the source listed the first size as 30 twice; the first column has been read as size 28 to match every other shorts table. Youth shorts and pants have their own tables in the Troy Lee Designs youth guide.
