How to measure
These are measurements of the garment, not of your body. Lay a pair of shorts or pants that fit you well flat and measure them the same way: waist straight across the top of the waistband (the table shows the flat width, except the Sprint shorts table which shows the full waist circumference); hip straight across about 10 cm above the crotch; thigh across about 2.5 cm below the crotch; leg opening across the hem; inseam from the crotch seam to the hem; outseam from the top of the waistband to the hem down the outside. Pick the size whose figures are closest to your own garment. Sizes are numbered by nominal waist in inches; if you are between two, go up a size if you ride with knee pads.
