The HiDrop complies with EN1078, ASTM F1952, ASTM F2032, CPSC, AS/NZ standards. It was developed together with our team riders and tested on the toughest tracks in the world. The helmet was used at the EWS, the Crankworx World Tour and in the DH World Cup.
The ABS outer shell makes the helmet particularly impact-resistant. Its shock-absorbing function is enhanced by the EPS and EPP core.
Thanks to its good ventilation, you keep a cool head and can fully concentrate on your goal.
In the event of a crash, the break-away visor detaches from the helmet to protect the neck by preventing the head from being thrown backwards or so that the visor does not break.

How to measure
Wrap a soft tape around your head about 2 cm above your eyebrows, keeping it level and just above the ears at the back. Take the largest reading, in cm, and find it in the table.

For ABUS adult road, MTB, urban and e-bike helmets. Small, Medium and Large on our listings are the same as S, M and L here. The sizes overlap, so if you are in two (for example 55 cm), the smaller size gives a closer, more stable fit and the larger leaves room for a cap or winter liner. A few models run a centimetre or two differently, so if you are right at the edge of a size, ask us and we will check that model for you. Kids' helmets use their own sizes.
