"Bought for a 20" wheel ebike. Fits well, plenty of clearance and the AVS system is good as I can clip on my Basil crate. Normal panniers also clip on the sides, but not at the same time as the basket is clipped on top. You will need bolts for attaching the arms/ legs to your frame."
