How to measure
Measure your chest with the tape level under the armpits and across the widest part, standing normally and breathing out. Measure your waist at the natural waistline and your hips around the widest point with feet together, keeping the tape snug but not digging in. For arm warmers, bend your arm and measure around the widest part of the bicep; for leg warmers, measure around the top of the thigh just below the buttock.
