Its a wrap
"Delivery was great. Paid for one day delivery and lo amd behold, it arrived the next day. Everything went downhill from there though. I fitted the gears to my grandson's bike, and discovered the hanger was bent as well. Because he needed the bike, I let him have it back not working quite right while I got a new hanger. All was fine for a week, then he managed to wrap the chain round the gears and wrecked the nice shiny new derailleur. 8 days old! He's even thrown the old derailleur away at the imsistance of his mom so I can't build one derailleur from two damaged ones! None of this is the fault of Bikeparts.co.uk or Shimano of course. The derailleur did its job and Bikeparts did their job. Their contribution to the whole sorry debacle is 100% as always. My contribution should have been to train my grandson to ride his mountain bike properly!"
