The strap system isn’t great, as can’t really tighten front half of foot and slightly large toe box, they’re also not ideal for spd (MTB) cleats, but work well enough. "Perfect for spin classes, I used the size guide where you place your foot on a piece of paper and outline your toes with a pencil then measure and refer to guide which results in size. Outcome for me was size 45 and normally I am 44. The fit is good on length and width. I have wide feet too."
