"A great little adapter to use with the Shimano Hollowtech 2 removal spanner - it slots inside the gap easily. Line it up on your GRX bottom bracket and lever it off, keeping it flat. Whilst it can take a fair bit of force, it can break/split, so use with care to avoid it snapping."
