100% knee and elbow guards

Fit tip Guards need to be tight enough not to slip during a ride, so if you are between sizes choose the smaller one unless you will wear them over clothing.

How to measure

For knee guards, measure around your thigh 14 cm above the centre of the kneecap and around your calf 14 cm below it. For elbow guards, measure around the bicep 14 cm above the point of the elbow and the forearm 14 cm below it. Keep the tape snug and the leg or arm slightly bent. Guards need to be tight enough not to slip during a ride, so if you are between sizes choose the smaller one unless you will wear them over clothing.
