The shoes arrive in the box with cleats and cleat shims to enable the rider to fine tune their shoe - pedal match. For Mallet Trail / Candy pedals you just need to set your cleat placement. If you're running Mallet E or DH pedals switch the cleat shim for the grey option included in the box.

How to measure
Put a sheet of paper against a wall, stand on it with your heel touching the wall and mark where your longest toe ends. Measure wall to mark in mm, repeat on the other foot and use the bigger number. Match it to the foot length column and order the EU size on that row. If you fall between two lengths, or ride in thick winter socks, take the next size up. Flat-pedal shoes can be worn slightly roomier than clipless shoes, which should hold the heel snugly.
