How to measure
Knee guards: measure around your thigh roughly a hand's width (10 cm) above the kneecap, and around your calf the same distance below it. Elbow guards: measure around your forearm about 10 cm below the elbow. Body protectors, tees and vests: go by your height. Neck braces: measure around the fullest part of your chest, just under the arms. Guards should feel firm and stay in place when you bend the joint; if they slide, go down a size.
