How to measure
Measure your waist at the natural waistline and your hips around the widest point with feet together, keeping the tape level. For trousers, measure your inside leg from the top of the inner thigh to the ankle bone with your legs slightly apart. Bib shorts and tights need a chest measurement too so the straps sit comfortably. Padded shorts should feel snug so the pad does not move; trail shorts and trousers can be chosen on waist alone, and if you are between sizes go up for a relaxed fit.
