How to measure

Chest: wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, under the armpits, keeping it level. Bust (women's): around the fullest part of the bust. Waist: around your natural waistline, level with the navel. Hip: around the fullest part of the hips, roughly 20 cm below the waist. Outer arm: from the point of the shoulder down to the wrist. Height: stand against a wall without shoes. Measure in cm and go by chest first; riding jerseys are cut close, so if you are between sizes or want room for body armour underneath, take the larger size.
