"I bought these for an electric bike build I was doing.. they were an upgrade fro. TRPs HYRDs. I hoped I could get away without changing the disks, but it seems Shimano might be a shade larger, and the surfaces does not have as many cut outs.. So bought some icetech RT86s which gave a lot more stopping power.. the pads on these 785s are also wider, giving greater and great stopping power. Ideal for what I wanted. T"
