A reliable rear hub for road cyclists
Like those at the top-of-the-range, RS400 Tiagra level road hubs feature labyrinth and contact seals to prevent the ingress of corrosion-causing dirt and water; this, along with the internal grease sleeve both increase durability and reduce service intervals
The hub uses angular contact bearings designed to cradle the balls giving both radial and lateral support for superior strength and durability in real world riding conditions; they also offer precision bearing adjustment and easy maintenance
10, 11-speed compatible
Silver anodised aluminium hub shell
Available in 32 or 36 hole drilling
Comes complete with Q/R skewer and steel Freehub body

Shimano Tiagra FH-RS400 Rear Hub

"I used this with an old Ascenti touring rim and rebuilt a wheel for my Mercian Vincitore. It was transformative and allowed me to use a modern 10-speed cassette. It has worked very well indeed. The item was exactly as described, and arrived on time. I would certainly use this company again."
