"I ordered a couple of new parts with the delivery being 2/3 days. I didn’t opt for next day delivery as this was 5 days in advance of my cycling trip in Spain. However, my order wasn’t even despatched until over a week after the purchase and then didn’t arrive until a couple of days after that. I then had to rush to my local bike shop and pay crazy prices for the parts"
